WinSite Account Creation Form

Please follow the instructions below to create your upload account. You will not be asked to supply a password at this time. Your initail password will be auto generated and emailed to you. You will have the ability to update your password and profile at any time from your account page. DO NOT create a duplicate account if you are having trouble logging in. Use the "contact" link on the left nav bar and let us know the nature of your problem. We will take a look and get back to you.

Login Info
The email address for your login is your private email. This is never available to the public and is used as your "User ID" for logging into the WinSite upload page, to send you a regenerated password (if necessary) or for any notifications WinSite staff needs to send you.
Submitter Info
Next, fill out the information template. All fields are required, but only the fields colored red will be shown on our "InfoCard". The "Name" field should be your company name, the email address is publically available and should be a address people can use for support purposes.
